AAC发气与稠化匹配性影响机制研究

研究粉煤灰加气混凝土不同石膏用量、浇注温度、水料比、胶凝材料、石灰占比对浇注料浆的发气速率及稠化速率的匹配性的影响.结果表明:石膏用量对料浆发气速率及发气高度均无明显影响,石膏含量增加会加速料浆稠化;浇注温度越高,发气速率越快,稠化速率越快,最终发气高度略微降低;水料比越低,稠化速率越快;胶材用量过多,发气高度增长越慢,对发气及稠化速率影响较小;石灰占比60%~75%对发气速率及稠化速率影响较小.
Study on influence mechanism of AAC outgassing and thickening matchability
The study of fly ash aerated concrete with different gypsum dosage,casting temperature,water/materi-al ratio,cementitious materials,lime percentage and the matching of the aerating rate and thickening rate of casting slurry is of great significance in promoting the development of aerated concrete field.In this paper,the matching of different gypsum dosages,casting temperatures,water/material ratios,cementitious materials,and lime percentages on the gassing and thickening rates of casting slurries are analyzed.The results show that:the amount of gypsum has no significant effect on the slurry gasification rate and gasification height,gypsum con-tent increases will accelerate the slurry thickening,more than 60% of gypsum content thickening time close to 30min;The higher the pouring temperature,the faster the outgassing rate,the faster the thickening rate,the fi-nal outgassing height is slightly reduced;The lower the ratio of water to material,the faster the rate of thicken-ing;too much rubber material,the slower the growth of the gas height,the lower the impact on the gas and thick-ening rate;lime proportion(60%~75%)on the gas rate and thickening rate of the influence is small.
