摘要

加气混凝土制品生产过程中,在釜内高温高压环境下承载坯体的侧板存在热变形.刚出釜时由于环境温度与坯体和侧板的温差,也会存在热变形,生产过程中侧板的热变形研究对于提升产品质量有着重要的意义.

Abstract

In the production process of aerated concrete production line,there is thermal deformation of the side plate carrying the green body in the autoclave under high temperature and high pressure environment.Due to the temperature difference between the ambient temperature and the green body and the side plate when the autoclave is just out of the autoclave,there will also be thermal deformation,and the research on the thermal deformation of the side plate in the production process is of great significance to improve product quality.
