摘要

主要介绍了充分利用隧道窑热量同步焙烧煤矸石轻集料技术及节能焙烧设备的研究情况,依据以内螺旋筒为特征结构的节能焙烧工作原理,研究、设计、试制了实验炉模拟设备,并以辽源市煤矸石为原料进行了相关焙烧试验,验证了其所形成的煤矸石轻集料焙烧新工艺.模拟实验表明,利用隧道窑热量(余热)同步焙烧煤矸石轻集料技术具有可行性.

Abstract

This article mainly introduces the research situation of fully utilizing tunnel kiln heat to synchronous-ly roast coal gangue lightweight aggregate technology and energy-saving roasting equipment;This study is based on the energy-saving roasting working principle with inner spiral tube as the characteristic structure.The experimental furnace simulation equipment was studied,designed,and tested,and relevant roasting exper-iments were carried out using coal gangue from Liaoyuan City as raw material to verify the new process of coal gangue lightweight aggregate roasting formed by it;Simulation experiments have proven the feasibility of using tunnel kiln heat(waste heat)to synchronously calcine coal gangue lightweight aggregate technology.
