蒸压加气混凝土砌块抗压强度检测新方法研究

针对蒸压加气混凝土砌块抗压强度检测需破坏样品且检测周期长的缺点,通过测试2种强度等级(A3.5、A5.0)的蒸压加气混凝土砌块在不同龄期(7d、28d、56d)的超声波波速和抗压强度,建立了超声波波速与蒸压加气混凝土砌块抗压强度的数学关系曲线,并对数学关系曲线进行检验.结果表明,超声波波速与蒸压加气混凝土砌块抗压强度具有较高的相关性和检测精度,适合于蒸压加气混凝土砌块抗压强度的快速检测.
New testing method for compressive strength of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks
In view of the shortcomings of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks that need to destroy samples and have a long detection period,the mathematical relationship curves between ultrasonic wave velocity and com-pressive strength of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks at different ages(7d,28d,56d)are tested by testing the ultrasonic wave velocity and compressive strength of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks of two strength grades(A3.5 and A5.0),and the mathematical relationship curves are tested.The results show that the ultrasonic wave velocity has a high correlation and detection accuracy with the compressive strength of AAC blocks,which is suitable for the rapid detection of the compressive strength of AAC blocks.
