加气混凝土砌块碳化后的抗压和抗折性能研究

为探究加气混凝土碳化后力学性能特征及其变化规律,设置二氧化碳浓度20%、温度20℃、相对湿度50%并开展碳化试验,分析碳化后收缩变形特征及碳化后结构抗折强度和抗压强度.结果显示:碳化试验条件下加气混凝土大概经过3个阶段碳化收缩,包括早期快速发展、稳定发展、加速发展.其中,采用表面砂浆层能够对加气混凝土砌块碳化收缩产生显著作用,同时碳化试件和试件碳化深度之间保持正相关关系,而随碳化深度增加,抗折强度和抗压强度均逐渐下降.
Study on compressive and flexural properties of aerated concrete blocks after carbonization
In order to explore the mechanical properties and changes of aerated concrete after carbonization,the carbon dioxide concentration of 20%,temperature 20℃ and relative humidity of 50%are set and the carbon-ization test was carried out to analyze the shrinkage deformation characteristics and the flexural strength and compressive strength of the structure after carbonization.Among them,the use of surface mortar layer can have a significant effect on the carbonization shrinkage of aerated concrete blocks,and the positive correlation be-tween the carbonization specimen and the carbonization depth of the specimen is maintained,while the flexur-al strength and compressive strength gradually decrease with the increase of carbonization depth.
