预涂增强砖混再生粗骨料混凝土力学性能试验研究

采用低水灰比复合胶凝材料对砖混再生粗骨料进行预涂覆,并提出两段搅拌法对砖混再生粗骨料进行预涂覆,同时生产再生混凝土.试验研究了五种再生混凝土的物理力学性能.结果表明:在使用同等总量胶凝材料的情况下,预涂覆砖混再生粗骨料混凝土的28d抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度分别比未涂覆砖混再生粗骨料混凝土高9.9%和7.7%;两段拌合方式对提高砖混再生粗骨料混凝土抗裂性能的改善最为显著,而预涂覆砖混再生粗骨料对提高砖混再生粗骨料混凝土不稳定断裂韧性的效果更显著.
Experimental study on mechanical properties of pre-coated reinforced brick-mixed recycled coarse aggregate concrete
In this study,low water-cement ratio composite cementified material was used to precoat brick-con-crete recycled coarse aggregate,and a two-stage mixing method was proposed to precoat brick-concrete recy-cled coarse aggregate and produce recycled concrete at the same time.The physical and mechanical properties of five kinds of concrete were studied experimentally.The results show that the 28-day compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of pre-coated concrete are 9.9%and 7.7%higher than those of uncoated concrete when the same total cementing material is used.The two-stage mixing method has the most significant effect on improving the cracking resistance of brick-concrete reclaimed coarse aggregate,and the pre-coated brick-concrete reclaimed coarse aggregate has the most significant effect on improving the unstable fracture tough-ness of brick-concrete reclaimed coarse aggregate.
