钒钛铁尾矿基建筑材料研究进展

随着钢铁行业的进步和社会发展需求,超贫铁尾矿的开发利用更为广泛,随之产生大量尾矿,尾矿排放造成的环境和安全问题尤为突出.如何高效利用大量堆存的钒钛铁尾矿是当前尾矿基建材开发面临的共性难题.为此,有关科研人员开展了大量利用铁尾矿制备建筑材料的基础研究工作,并取得了一定成效.大多数学者研究认为钒钛铁尾矿中含有大量的硅铝氧化物等无机矿物,与许多建材产品的原料成分接近,将其与少量其他辅助原料混合后,可以作为许多非金属材料的原料,再经过一定的技术处理,便可获得较理想的尾矿砖、水泥、混凝土等传统建筑材料,以及微晶玻璃、泡沫陶瓷、蒸压加气混凝土、涂料等新型建筑材料.但相关研究主要考虑尾矿用作建筑材料的可行性,忽略了选矿尾矿资源化利用的整体技术经济效益,大规模推广工业化生产及应用还存在一定问题,如何更好地协调尾矿基建筑材料的性能与经济效益之间的矛盾,实现钒钛铁尾矿的减量化、无害化、资源化利用,仍是固废利用工作者进一步研究的主要课题.
Research progress on vanadium-titanium-iron tailings-based building materials
The deep development of ultra poor iron tailings generates a large amount of tailings and the environ-mental and safety issues caused by tailings discharge are particularly prominent.How to efficiently utilize a large amount of stacked vanadium titanium iron tailings is a common challenge facing the development of tail-ings based building materials.Most scholars believe that vanadium titanium iron tailings contain a large amount of inorganic minerals such as silicon and aluminum oxides,which are similar to the raw materials of many building materials.After mixing them with a small amount of other auxiliary materials,they can be used as raw materials for many non-metallic materials.After certain technical treatment,ideal building materials can be obtained.However,relevant research mainly focuses on the feasibility of using tailings as building mate-rials,neglecting the overall technical and economic benefits of mineral processing tailings resource utilization.There are still certain problems in large-scale industrial production and application.How to better coordinate the contradiction between the performance and economic benefits of tailings based building materials,and achieve the reduction,harmless and resource utilization of vanadium titanium iron tailings is still the main top-ic for further research by solid waste utilization workers.
