Effect of coarse aggregate replacement rate on axial compressive mechanical properties of recycled concrete
In order to study the effect of substitution rate on the strength and modulus of elasticity of recycled concrete,11 groups of recycled concrete with different substitution rates are designed to carry out axial compression test, the whole process stress-strain curve is obtained, and the axial compression damage morphology of the recycled concrete is compared to analyze the changing rule of strength and modulus of elasticity of recycled concrete with different substitution rates. The results show that:with the increase of substitution rate, the recycled coarse aggregate damage within the recycled concrete is more serious, and the overall damage morphology is more crumbly;the weakening effect of micro-cracks within the recycled aggregate reduces the strength of the recycled concrete, resulting in the reduction of strength with the increase of substitution rate, but the recycled aggregate residue of the old mortar again hydration improves the modulus of elasticity of the recycled concrete;based on the linear function of the recycled concrete given by different substitution rates strength, modulus of elasticity of recycled concrete with different substitution rate is given based on linear function.
