滨海地区建筑外墙耐久性劣化机理分析及提升建议

我国滨海地区的建筑外墙耐久性问题日益突出,严重威胁人民群众的生命财产安全.因此,针对福建省平潭综合实验区的典型气候特点和建筑外墙材料的劣化现状,分析了外墙涂料、水泥基材料、金属材料和饰面系统等耐久性劣化机理.同时,从材料、设计、施工和维护等角度,对该地区建筑外墙饰面系统的耐久性提升提出了具体建议,以最大限度提升建筑外墙饰面系统的耐久性能,提升城市形象品质并保障工程质量.
Mechanism analysis and improvement suggestions for deterioration of durability of exterior walls in coastal areas
The durability of exterior walls in coastal areas of China is becoming increasingly prominent,posing a serious threat to the safety of people's lives and property.This article analyzes the durability degradation mechanisms of exterior wall coatings,cement-based materials,metal materials,and decorative systems based on the typical climate characteristics and the deterioration status of building exterior wall materials in Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone,Fujian Province.At the same time,specific suggestions are put forward from the perspectives of materials,design,construction,and maintenance to improve the durability of building exterior wall decoration systems in the region,in order to maximize the durability performance of building exte-rior wall decoration systems,enhance the quality of urban image,and ensure the quality of engineering.
