摘要

介绍了用高掺量污泥和粉煤灰低温焙烧烧结砖的工艺.采用此工艺烧制烧结砖,可获得以下优点:提高污泥和粉煤灰掺量;与原烧结砖相比,焙烧温度约降低10%,节省能耗;烧制的砖不仅物理性能优异,而且具有自洁性,耐污性好;不溶出重金属,可使污泥得到有效利用.

Abstract

This paper introduces the process of firing bricks with high content sludge and fly ash at low tempera-ture.The following advantages can be obtained by using this process to fire bricks:increasing the content of sludge and fly ash;Compared with the original sintered bricks,the firing temperature is reduced by about 10%,saving energy consumption;The fired bricks not only have excellent physical properties,but also have self-cleaning properties and good stain resistance;It does not dissolve heavy metals,which can make the sludge be effectively utilized.
