Study on effect of fiber elastic modulus on mechanical properties of recycled aggregate concrete
In the context of sustainable development in the construction industry, recycled aggregate concrete that can achieve the recycling of construction waste has gradually become a research hotspot. However, the internal mechanism defects of recycled aggregate concrete limit its application scope.Based on the current research sta-tus at home and abroad, this article analyzes the internal mechanism, macroscopic performance, fiber types, and characteristics of recycled aggregate concrete when fibers with different elastic modulus, such as polypropylene fibers, steel fibers, and basalt fibers, are added as reinforcement materials. The research has shown that fibers can effectively improve the mechanical properties of recycled aggregate concrete, and the elastic modulus of fi-bers also determines the mechanical properties of recycled aggregate concrete to a certain extent.
