低温烧结北方余泥渣土制备多孔发泡材料

工程余泥渣土的堆放不仅占用大量土地,还对环境造成污染,甚至威胁人们的健康,如何将余泥渣土进行资源化利用是一项重要的课题。对内蒙古某工地和深圳某工地的余泥渣土进行了XRD测试对比分析,发现内蒙古余泥渣土含有易溶物质,能在较低温度下进行烧结成型。以内蒙古工程余泥渣土、发泡剂、助熔剂等为原材料,在880℃~900℃的条件下制备了一种多孔发泡材料,探讨了发泡剂、助熔剂等对多孔材料的影响,发现助熔剂和发泡剂对材料的发泡成型影响较大。
Preparation of porous foam materials at low temperature by firing northern residual soil
The pile of engineering sludge not only occupies a lot of land,but also causes pollution to the environ-ment and even threatens people's health.It is an important subject how to use the residual soil as resources.In this paper,the residual sludge of a construction site in Inner Mongolia and a construction site in Shenzhen are compared and analyzed by XRD test.It is found that the residual sludge of Inner Mongolia contained soluble substances and could be sintered and formed at a lower temperature.A porous foaming material was prepared at 880℃~900℃using Inner Mongolia residual soil,foaming agent and flux as raw materials.The influence of foaming agent and flux on the porous material is discussed.It is found that the flux and foaming agent had great influence on the foaming molding of the material.
