摘要
污泥焚烧是烧结砖厂协同处置城市污泥的一项重要技术,由于工艺过程简单流畅、污泥处理量大、投资少、真正实现了固废资源化利用,因而受到业内同行的高度关注.为此,从污泥作为"原料"和"燃料"两种方式的对比开始,介绍了污泥焚烧的技术要求、工艺流程以及污泥焚烧处理的优势、装备组成、技术经济指标等内容,为准备参与处置城市污泥的砖瓦企业提供可供参考的技术方案.
Abstract
Starting from the comparison of sludge as"raw material"and"fuel",this paper introduces the techni-cal requirements,technological processes,advantages,equipment composition,technical and economic indica-tors of sludge incineration,etc.,and provides a reference technical solution for brick and tile enterprises pre-paring to participate in the disposal of urban sludge.
