摘要

结合我国"双碳"战略和建筑领域节能降碳工作推进背景,阐述我国建筑节能发展的五个阶段历程和各自特点,对建筑节能和节能降碳相关标准体系的发展特点、墙材革新技术发展应用情况和建筑节能细分专业相关性进行了系统分析.分析研究建筑节能改造的相关标准体系,指出存量建筑改造关键在于实现绿色化、数字化和智能化.解析国家最新发布的绿色低碳转型产业指导目录,分析建筑节能与绿色建筑相关的基础设施绿色升级要点要素,列举智慧医院、大型综合商业体和数据中心等高能耗公共建筑,指出运维管理对节能降碳和绿色转型的重要贡献.最后,建议从加快升级新型建造方式、稳步推进存量建筑改造和高度重视高能耗建筑的运维管理等方面,不断完善顶层设计、标准体系和政策支撑,形成基于智能建造赋能绿色转型的"新质生产力".

Abstract

This paper analyzes the related standard systems for the development characteristics of building ener-gy-efficiency and carbon reduction,the development and application of wall material innovation technology,and the relevance of building energy conservation sub specialties.It analyzes the relevant standard system for energy-saving renovation of buildings,and points out the key to achieve green,digital,and intelligent renova-tion of existing buildings.Combined with the latest national guidance catalog for green and low-carbon trans-formation industries,it analyzes the key elements of infrastructure green upgrading related to building energy conservation and green buildings,list high energy consuming public buildings such as smart hospitals,large in-tegrated commercial buildings,and data centers,and point out the important contribution of operation and maintenance management to energy-efficiency,carbon reduction,and green transformation.Finally,it is rec-ommended to continuously improve the top-level design,standard system,and policy support by accelerating the upgrading of new construction methods,steadily promoting the renovation of existing buildings,and attach-ing great importance to the operation and maintenance management of high energy consuming buildings,in or-der to form a new quality productivity based on intelligent construction empowering green transformation.
