烧结砖生产协同处置污泥是利用烧结砖隧道窑的余热对污泥进行干化、碳化和焚烧处置的技术,该技术还包含污泥的热值被隧道窑焙烧制品、污泥碳化和焚烧污泥的利用以及灰渣被制砖资源化利用的全过程.实践证明,该技术是资源化、减量化、无害化和生态化的重要措施,是烧结砖厂参与固废处置的重要途径.
Abstract
The co-disposal of sludge in fired brick production is a technology that uses the waste heat of the fired brick tunnel kiln to dry,carbonize and incinerate sludge,and the technology also includes the whole pro-cess of the calorific value of sludge being roasted by the tunnel kiln,the utilization of sludge carbonization and incineration sludge,and the resource utilization of ash by bricks. Practice has proved that this technology is an important measure for recycling,reduction,harmlessness and ecology,and is an important way for fired brick plants to participate in solid waste disposal.
