建筑垃圾再生骨料加工工艺研究

深入研究了建筑垃圾再生骨料加工工艺,旨在提升建筑垃圾资源化利用效率和产品质量。提出了几种典型的工艺技术路线,并进行了试验对比研究,得出了不同生产工艺对再生骨料品质的影响,包括表观密度、吸水率、针片状颗粒含量、压碎值和颗粒级配等关键参数。研究表明,颚破+反击+两级筛分的工艺在多个参数上表现优越,而反击+筛分+反击+筛分工艺则在减少针片状含量方面表现更佳。同时指出,为了提高再生骨料品质,满足更严格的吸水率要求,建议进行砖混分离处理。研究为建筑垃圾再生骨料的高效加工和应用提供了科学依据,对推动建筑垃圾资源化利用具有重要意义。
Research on processing technology of construction waste recycled aggregate
This paper deeply studies the processing technology of construction waste recycled aggregate,aiming to improve the resource utilization efficiency and product quality of construction waste . Several typical process technology routes were proposed,and experimental and comparative studies are carried out,and the effects of different production processes on the quality of recycled aggregate are obtained,including key parameters such as apparent density,water absorption,needle flake particle content,crushing value and particle gradation. The study shows that the jaw breaking+impact+two-stage screening process performed better in multiple param-eters,while the impact+screening+impact+screening process performed better in reducing the needle flake content. At the same time,it points out that in order to improve the quality of recycled aggregate and meet the stricter water absorption requirements,it is recommended to carry out brick-concrete separation treatment. This study provides a scientific basis for the efficient processing and application of recycled aggregates from construction waste,and is of great significance for promoting the resource utilization of construction waste.
