介绍了烧结砖生产线厂房的几种结构形式,重点介绍了门式刚架厂房在烧结砖生产线中的设计.首先,对门式刚架厂房的一般性特征进行技术探讨,包括结构形式和布置、荷载和荷载组合、内力计算、构件设计等,并详细分析了其特点;其次,针对烧结砖生产线门式刚架轻型厂房的设计要点进行总结,包括工艺布置和门式刚架结构布置、车间的设计要点、涂装与防腐、绿色环保、参观走廊、经济美观等.
Abstract
This paper introduces several structural forms of fired brick production line workshop,and focuses on the design of portal rigid frame workshop in sintered brick production line. Firstly,the general characteristics of the portal rigid frame workshop are discussed technically,including the structural form and layout,load and load combination,internal force calculation,component design,etc.,and its characteristics are analyzed in de-tail. Secondly,the design points of the gantry rigid frame light plant of fired brick production line are summa-rized,including the process layout and the layout of the portal rigid frame structure,the design points of the workshop,coating and anti-corrosion,green environmental protection,visiting corridors,economic and beauti-ful appearance,etc.
