复合掺料下混凝土强度研究及经济效益分析

抗压强度是反应混凝土材料力学性能最为重要的指标之一,对建筑物强度和使用年限有着重要影响.在原材料的基础上掺加工业固废,制备了6种不同钢渣掺量的混凝土试件,利用数显压力试验机进行了抗压强度试验.试验结果表明:钢渣对混凝土早期强度和后期强度均有着较大影响;混凝土的脱模强度随着钢渣掺量的增加整体呈现出降低的趋势,钢渣掺量在8%时混凝土力学性能最优;掺入钢渣后混凝土试件28d抗压强度均能满足设计强度要求,随着钢渣掺量增加,后期抗压强度也会增加,掺量为16%时抗压强度达到峰值.对于工期较紧,模具周转率高的项目可选用钢渣掺量为8%,此成果1m3混凝土大约节省9.78元;对于工期不紧、模具周转率低且不需要长距离运输、安装的项目可选用钢渣掺量为16%,此成果1m3混凝土大约节省15.66元.
Study on strength of concrete under composite admixture and economic benefit analysis
In this paper,six kinds of concrete specimens with different steel slag content were prepared by add-ing industrial solid waste on the basis of raw materials,and the compressive strength test was carried out by digital pressure testing machine. The test results show that steel slag has a great influence on the early strength and late strength of concrete. The demoulding strength of concrete shows a decreasing trend with the increase of steel slag content,and the mechanical properties of concrete are the best when the steel slag content is 8%. The 28d compressive strength of concrete specimens after adding steel slag can meet the design strength re-quirements. With the increase of steel slag content,the later compressive strength will also increase,and the compressive strength reaches the peak when the content is 16%. For the project with tight construction period and high mold turnover rate,the steel slag content can be selected as 8%. This result can save about 9.78 yuan per cubic meter of concrete. For the project that the construction period is not tight and the mold turnover rate is low and does not require long-distance transportation and installation,the steel slag content can be selected as 16%. This result can save about 15.66 yuan per cubic meter of concrete.
