钻井岩屑、废泥浆资源化利用试验研究

通过对钻井岩屑、废泥浆固体废物分析,开展试验及配合比设计研究。结果表明:岩屑可以作为原料生产烧结砖,掺配量可达60%(重量比,下同)以上;可以作为主要原料生产蒸压灰砂砖,掺配量可达75%;可以作为辅助原料烧制超轻陶粒,岩屑最高掺量可以达到40%。
Experimental study on resource utilization of drilling cuttings and waste mud
Through the analysis of drilling cuttings and waste mud solid waste,the test and mix ratio design re-search are carried out.The results show that cuttings can be used as raw materials to produce fired bricks,and the mixing amount can reach more than 60%(weight ratio).It can be used as the main raw material to produce autoclaved sand-lime bricks,with a mixing amount of up to 75%,it can be used as an auxiliary raw material to fire ultra-light ceramsite,and the maximum content of cuttings can reach 40%.
