In this paper,the preliminary experimental research results of using steel mill sludge tailings raw ma-terials to make fired wall materials are described in detail,the physical and chemical properties and mineral composition of sludge slag in a steel mill are analyzed,and several suggestions are put forward for the design of technical parameters for sludge slag raw material treatment,molding,drying and firing in combination with the performance requirements of making fired wall material products.
