The structure of Cambodian fish scale tiles is complex,and during the trial production process,large areas of cracking occurred due to local stress concentration in the product.After comprehensive adjustments such as mold improvement,formula optimization,and reducing the furnace heating curve,the problem of easy cracking and deformation of the product is finally solved,laying the foundation for subsequent normal large-scale production.
