Focusing on the characteristics of prefabricated buildings in Guangxi,this paper investigates and ana-lyzes the current development status of prefabricated buildings in Guangxi by using SWOT analysis method,and puts forward four suggestions for the development of prefabricated buildings in terms of technology,enter-prise,industry and regulatory services according to the current situation.
