Synergistic effect of PDMS series adjuvants on emamectin benzoate· chlorantraniliprole 10%SC against Spodoptera frugiperda
The synergism of self-developed"PDMS"adjuvants(PDMS-01,PDMS-02,PDMS-03,PDMS-04)on emamectin benzoate·chlorantraniliprole(EBC)10%SC against Spodoptera frugiperda were investigated in this study. The results showed that all the four PDMS adjuvants could increase the toxicity of EBC 10%SC.When PDMS-01 was added into the 7.5-17.5 g/L EBC 10%SC,the wetting time of the liquid was reduced by 172.84-176.59 s,the surface tension of the liquid was reduced by 15.26-16.28 mN/m,and the static contact angle of the front and back surface on corn leaves was reduced by 13.39°-24.12° and 12.02°-27.56°,respectively.The field control effect of the EBC 10%SC at the dosage of 21 g/667m2(30%reduction)against S.frugiperda could reached 76.62%and 82.36%3 d and 14 d,respectively, after mixed with PDMS-01,which show no significant difference from that of the routine dosage(30 g/667m2)and the treatments mixed with commercial adjuvant(KQ-103 and Kaiyaogaohang). The addition of PDMS-01 can significantly improve the wetting and spreading performance of EBC 10%SC and enhance its quick-acting and persistent effect on S.frugiperda under the condition of 30%reduction.
