落叶松红腹叶蜂幼虫感器超微结构观察

为探明落叶松红腹叶蜂Pristiphora erichsonii幼虫感器的种类、分布和超微结构,推测各感器的功能,利用扫描电镜观察落叶松红腹叶蜂幼虫头、足和体表的感器种类和形态结构.结果表明,落叶松红腹叶蜂幼虫头、足和体表共发现7种感器,分别是刺形感器(Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型、Ⅳ型和Ⅴ型)、锥形感器、栓锥形感器、Böhm氏鬃毛、腔形感器(Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型)、钟形感器和毛形感器(Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型),其中刺形感器数量最多,分布最广.基于前人对其他昆虫感器功能的研究对落叶松红腹叶蜂幼虫各感器功能进行了推测.本研究完善了落叶松红腹叶蜂幼虫感器超微结构的研究,为后续落叶松红腹叶蜂幼虫行为学和分类学研究提供形态学依据.
Ultrastructure of sensilla of Pristiphora erichsonii larvae
In order to investigate the types,distribution and ultrastructure of sensilla in larvae of Pristiphora erichsonii,and to predict the functions of each sensilla,the types and morphological structure of sensilla on the heads,feet and body surfaces of P.erichsonii larvae were observed using the scanning electron microscope.A total of seven types of sensilla were found on the heads,feet and body surfaces of larvae,including sensilla chaetica(type Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ),sensilla basiconica,sensilla styloconica,Bohm's bristles,sensilla cavity(type Ⅰand Ⅱ),sensilla campaniformia and sensilla trichodea(typeland Ⅱ).Among these,sensilla chaetica were the most numerous and widely distributed.Based on previous studies on the sensilla of other insects,the functions of each type of sensilla in P.erichsonii larvae were speculated.This study enhances the understanding of the ultrastructure of the sensilla in P.erichsonii larvae,and provided a morphological basis for further study on their behavior and taxonomy.
