First report on damage caused by Listroderes difficilis to seedlings tobacco in China

摘要
为鉴定最近在贵州省黔西南州兴仁市烤烟育苗大棚里陆续发现为害烟苗的未知象甲,通过查询文献并测定该害虫的COⅠ基因片段序列进行鉴定.结果表明,该未知象甲鉴定为蔬菜叶象甲Listroderes difficilis Germain,国内首次报道为害烟草.描述了蔬菜叶象甲的形态特征、寄主植物与分布、习性与为害特点及防控措施等,对该虫害的识别与科学防控具有重要的参考价值.
Abstract
Recently,damage symptom was found on seedling tobacco leaves in the greenhouse in Xingren city of Qianxinan of Guizhou province.Our investigation indicated that the damage was caused by an unknown weevil pest,which has not been reported previously.The damaged symptom of tobacco leaves caused by this pest was described.Based on CO Ⅰ fragment sequence,the pest was identified as Listroderes difficilis Germain.Morphology characteristics of L.difficilis,its host plants and distributions,biological characteristics and damage and the control measures were described,which will provide references for recognition and management of L.difficilis.
