摘要

为开发马铃薯腐烂茎线虫病的防治药剂,本研究利用前期获得的枯草芽胞杆菌ZWZ-19,制备一种可用于马铃薯拌种的可分散油悬浮剂.通过测定不同乳化剂对制剂稳定性的影响,结合制剂的悬浮率、倾倒性、粒径、静态表面张力及动态接触角等指标,筛选出ZWZ-19可分散油悬浮剂的最佳配方为:20%枯草芽胞杆菌母药、15%NP-10、3%有机土、0.5%乙二醇、3%白炭黑,大豆油补足至100%.该制剂热储前后悬浮率均高于95%,且有效成分分解率低于5%.田间试验结果表明,ZWZ-19可分散油悬浮剂对马铃薯腐烂茎线虫病的防效为69.61%,增产效果达到16.38%.

Abstract

To develop a control agent for Ditylenchus destructor,Bacillus subtilis ZWZ-19,obtained in our previous study was used to prepare a dispersible oil suspension formulation for seed-dressing of potatoes.By testing the effects of different emulsifiers on the stability of the formulation,combining with suspension rate,pourability,particle size,static surface tension,and dynamic contact angle,the optimal formula for the ZWZ-19 dispersible oil suspension was selected:20%Bacillus subtilis mother liquor,15%NP-10,3%OMMT,0.5%ethylene glycol,3%white carbon black,and soybean oil to make up 100%.The suspension rate of the formulation was above 95%before and after thermal storage,and the decomposition rate of the active ingredient was less than 5%.Field test results showed that the ZWZ-19 dispersible oil suspension had a control efficacy of 69.61%against stem rot nematode disease caused by Ditylenchus destructor,with a yield increase effect of 16.38%.
