objective: to study the operating room comfortable nursing mode of laparoscopic uterine fibroids and eliminating the influence of surgery in patients with postoperative stress intervention. Methods: of 86 patients admitted in our hospital in 2011-2013 laparoscopic uterine fibroids excluding surgery patients were divided into control group (usual care) and observation group (comfortable nursing),each group of 43 patients,the postoperative stress reaction in two groups of patients were analyzed and compared.Results: after nursing,the observation group in the peripheral blood insulin and blood sugar levels back faster, and the observation group in the postoperative VAS score,HAMD score is better than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusions: the laparoscopic uterine fibroids eliminate operating room comfortable nursing mode, to strengthen the control of patients with postoperative stress reaction,is worth promoting.
