摘要
常见的突发传染病频发现象不仅对民众身心健康带来了很大的影响，更对很多家庭和社会都带来了许多不安定的因素。因此，从正常的社会秩序的维护和保证民众的正常生活出发，建立起一套科学、合理、高效的传染病预防和控制系统和机制，这是迫在眉睫的研究方向，具有十分重要的现实意义。在此基础上，本文分析如何建立常见传染病突发危机预警系统，预防新出现的传染病危机，完善突发疫情危机管理计划，对危机管理和危机处理的应急机制的设计，为我国制定突发传染病危机管理综合系统提供必要的科学理论基础借鉴。
Abstract
The phenomenon of frequent occurrence of outbreaks of infectious diseases common not only brings great impact on the physical and mental healthof people, more to a lot of family and society to bring many unstable factors.Therefore, from the normal social order maintenance and ensure the normal life of the people, establish a set of scientific, reasonable, efficientinfectious disease prevention and control system and mechanism, this research is imminent, has very important practical significance. On this basis, this paperanalyzes how to set up the early warning system of the crisis prevention ofcommon infectious diseases, epidemic crisis emerging, improve the sudden epidemic crisis management planning, design of crisis management and emergency response mechanism to deal with the crisis,provide scientific theory reference for our country to develop the necessary emergency epidemic crisis management system.
