摘要
目的：分析鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法选取2012年～2013年我院25例(25眼)慢性泪囊炎患者，在鼻内镜下行鼻腔泪囊吻合术。结果24例(24眼)均取得良好效果，泪道冲洗通畅，1例因未能定期复查，再诊时泪囊粘连。总有效率达96％。结论鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术具有视野清晰、损伤小、出血少、免除面部切口，复发率低、治愈率高等优点，符合微创手术要求。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy for chronic dacryocystitis. MethodSelected in 2012 ~2013 year my courtyard in 25 cases (25 eyes) with chronic dacryocystitis, endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy. Results 24 cases (24 eyes) have achieved good results, irrigation of lacrimal passage patency, 1 cases failed to check regularly, and diagnosis of lacrimal sac adhesions. The total effective rate was 96%. Conclusion endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy with a clear vision, less injury, less bleeding, no facial incision, low recurrence rate, high cure rate with the advantages of minimal y invasive operation requirements.
