不同级别胃粘膜上皮内瘤变组织COX-2和VEGF同步表达的差异性及临床意义

摘要
本文通过通过对胃粘膜低级别、高级别上皮内瘤变组织及胃癌组织中COX-2、VEGF表达水平的研究，探讨二者在不同程度胃粘膜病变组织中同步表达的差异性及相关的临床意义，得出结论：随着胃粘膜病变程度的加重，COX-2的表达逐渐增强，而VEGF仅在高级别上皮内瘤变组中开始呈一定水平的表达，但COX-2与VEGF的表达又成正相关，推测在胃癌的形成过程中，表达逐步增强的COX-2可能促使了VEGF的表达。
Abstract
The paper Through the research on the expression levels of COX-2 and VEGF in the gastric low grade, high grade intraepithelial neoplasia and gastric carcinoma, to explore their difference between different precancerous lesions and their clinical significance,The Conclusion: The COX-2 expression were gradual y increased as the gastric mucosal lesions aggravated, while VEGF only began to show a certain level of expression in the high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia. It is supposed that, during the formation of gastric cancer, the expression of COX-2 may promote the expression of VEGF.
