Objective To compare efficiency and consistency of type interferon gamma release assay on detecting mycobacterium tuberculosis latent infection by two different methods of TB-IGRA and T-SPOT.TB. Method Detect the specific IFN-γ of 18 volunteers, 4 patients with smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis, 1 case of non tuberculous mycobacterial infection for paral el comparative analysis by the two different methods. Results Sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value of TB -IGRA and T-SPOT. TB were 100%, Youden index of the two methods was 1, indicating no statistical y significant (P > 0.05). Conclusion TB-IGRA and T-SPOT.TB have good consistency in the diagnosis of mycobacterium tuberculosis latent infection with a good clinical application value, and the negative result has a valuable significance in the differential diagnosis of tuberculosis.
