摘要
不合理用药已成为当前我国迫切需要解决的问题，笔者对基层医院不合理用药现状进行调查，并对引起不合理用药的原因进行分析，找出主要问题。通过开展临床药师工作，加强临床药师与临床医生合作，做到明确诊断、明确用药目的，制定详细的给药方案，不断及时完善用药方案，用药少而精和个体化，达到充分发挥药物的作用，保证药物使用安全。尽量减少药物对人体所产生的毒副作用，获得理想的治疗效果，使患者早日康复。
