Objective Toinvestigate the factors influencing male nurses in pediatric venipuncture. Methods By questionnaire and conversation investigation of hospital in 10 pediatric undergraduate male nurses, to analyze the influence factors of vein puncture in children. Results The influence factors of undergraduate male nurses of vein puncture in children include internal factors and from the children, families and hospitals, environment and other external factors. Conclusion To find out the influence of different factors inhale nurses in pediatric venipuncture, targeted for improvement measures proposed, to improve the success rate of vein puncture in children has important significance of male nurses.
