目的:运用激励机制提高医院消毒供应中心的管理效能,实现人人参与管理控制工作。方法:制定医院感染管理奖罚规定,细化奖罚标准,使每项、逐条切实可行,采用各种方式进行表彰奖励,以肯定优秀员工在消毒供应中心工作中的成绩。结果:显著提高了消毒供应中心各区、各岗位工作的积极性和主观能动性。结论:运用激励机制能够有效促进每位工作人员认真工作,将医院消毒供应中心管理放在一个重要的位置,时刻关注自身所处环境中的质量控制管理工作。
qbjective: To improve Central sterile supply department(CSSD) management in order to engage everyone in the management and control of CSSD. METHODS: The reward and penalty provisions of quality management control were laid out, the reward and penalty standards in details were made, which could ensure that each standard was practical. Commend and reward were made in general assembly in order to affirm the performance of rewarded people in CSSD quality management control. RESULTS: The initiative and activeness of quality management control of each section were significantly improved. CONCLUSION: The application of incentive mechanism can motivate the medical staff to attach importance to CSSD management and pay attention to the control of quality management in their surroundings.
