消毒供应中心人员立体式培训的方法与效果

摘要
目的：探讨消毒供应中心人员培训的方法与效果，为医院制定有效的培训措施提供依据。方法将消毒供应中心的工作人员进行分类、分层次的系统化、立体式培训，培训前后进行理论和操作考核。结果消毒供应中心工作人员在进行专科化培训后理论水平和实践操作水平分别提高了33%和17%，科室工作效率和临床满意度大大提高。结论消毒供应中心的工作人员进行分类、分层次的立体化培训能有效提高工作效率和临床满意度。
Abstract
Purpose Explore the methods and effects of the central sterile supply staff 's training, and provide the basis for the development of effective training initiatives for the hospital. Method Central sterile supply staff classification levels systematic, three-dimensional training before and after training, theory and operation assessment. Result Theoretical level and practical level in the central sterile supply staff during specialization training were increased by 33% and 17%, greatly improve department efficiency and clinical satisfaction. Conclusion Sterile supply center staff classification levels of the three-dimensional training can effectively improve work efficiency and clinical satisfaction.
