摘要
目的：分析脑梗塞患者心理健康状态，找寻契合的心理护理策略。方法回顾性分析300例脑梗塞病人临床资料及心理护理策略。结果治愈例212，好转73例，但均存在不同程度的后遗症。死亡15例。结论采用心理护理策略可以让病人较早面对疾病带来的心理创伤，通过心理护理方法可使病人积极接受治疗并取得较好效果。
Abstract
objective: to analyze the psychological state of patients with cerebral infarction ,looking for the psychological nursing strategy. Methods :a retrospective analysis of clinical data of 300 cases of cerebral infarction patients and psychological nursing strategies. Results: cured 212,73 cases were improved, but there are some sequelae. 15 cases died. Conclusion: psychological nursing strategy can help patients to face the psychological trauma which disease brings, the method of psychological nursing can make the patient treated actively and achieved good effect.
