摘要
目的：探讨小儿静脉留置针在使用过程中的护理风险分析及管理措施。方法：以128例患儿作为研究对象，随机分成观察组和对照组进行观察，比较风险发生率。结果：实行风险管理后，各种风险发生率明显降低（p<0.05）。结论：在使用小儿静脉留置针过程中，进行护理风险管理，采取有效措施，可降低并发症发生，促进护患关系，提高患儿家属满意度。
Abstract
objective: to investigate the intravenous indwel ing needle in the nursing risk analysis and protection measures in the process of use. Methods: 128 cases as the research object, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, compared the incidence of risk. Results: after the risk management, the incidence of the risk is decreased obviously (p< 0.05). Conclusion: in the process of pediatric use of venous indwel ing needle, to carry on the nursing risk management, take effective measures, can reduce complications, promote the relationship between nurses and patients, improve the children’s family satisfaction.
