摘要
本文通过探讨早期肠内营养在全胃切除胃癌根治术后的作用，进而得出结论：在全胃切除胃癌根治术的早期对患者进行肠内营养护理，有助于改善患者的营养状况，减少吻合口水肿，促进组织愈合，值得在今后的临床实践中推广。
Abstract
This paper discusses the early enteral nutrition in the effect of gastric resection of gastric cancer radical surgery, and then draw the conclusion: the total gastric resection for patients with early gastric cancer radical enteral nutrition care, contribute to the improvement of the nutritional status of patients, reduce anastomotic edema, promote healing of organization, is worth popularizing in clinical practice for the future.
