objective observation of therapeutic effects of dexamethasone on cancer-related fatigue and safety.Method to 110 with fatigue symptoms in patients with advanced tumors, giving dexamethasone treatment, use of a simplified table spent force, through the patients before and after treatment of anemic ratings, analysis of therapeutic effects of cancer-related fatigue mitigation and related factors influencing outcomes.Results dexamethasone tablets can effectively al eviate the cancer correlation between fatigue in patients with advanced cancer and no correlation with age and gender. Conclusion dexamethasone for treatment of cancer-related fatigue is valid.
