摘要
目的：探讨阿立哌唑对精神分裂症患者催乳素(PRL)及糖脂水平的变化。方法64例首诊精神分裂症患者接受阿立哌唑治疗8周。于治疗前和治疗4、8周抽取空腹血，测定泌乳素（PRL）、血糖(GLU)、甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)。结果治疗4周和8周，男、女患者PRL水平均较治疗前有所下降，但差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)，比较治疗前和治疗4周、8周后GLU、TG、T-CH水平，差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论阿立哌唑对精神分裂症患者的糖脂水平无明显影响，可降低泌乳素水平。
Abstract
objective To evaluate the effects of aripiprazole on prolatin, glucose and lipid metabolism of patients with schizophrenia. Method 64 patients with first-episode schizophrenia were treated with aripiprazole. The glucose, prolactin and lipid level were measured before ,4 and 8 weeks after drug administration. Results ①On the 4thweekend, 8thweekend, the levels of serum prolactin in study group had significant differences with that in baseline(P<0.05);②On the 4thweekend, 8thweekend, the levels of Glu,TG,TC in study group had no significant differences with that in baseline(P>0.05). Conclusion Aripiprazole is effective to decrease the level of prolactin and has no effects on glucose and lipid metabolism.
