摘要
目的：探讨小切口胆囊切除术(MC)在基层医院的临床应用疗效。方法回顾性分析2010年1月～2012年1月我院93例小切口胆囊切除术的临床资料。结果93例成功91例(97.85%)，延长切口2例(2.15%)。手术时间35～50 min，切口长度3.0～5.5 cm，住院时间4～6天，切口均Ⅰ期愈合，无副损伤及并发症。结论 MC是一种美观、微创、低价、安全的手术方法，适合在基层医院广泛开展，尤其对不具备开展腹腔镜胆囊切除术的基层医院具有较强的实用性。
Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical application of smal incision cholecystectomy in the primary hospital. Methods The clinicaldata of 93 patients receiving smal incision cholecystectomy from January 2010 to January 2012 were analysed. Results The 91 cases(97.85% )were cured with smal incision cholecystectomy, 2 cases(2.15%) incision were lengthened. Operation time 35~50 min, Incision length of 3.0~5.5 cm, Hospitalization time 4 to 6 days, Phase Ⅰ healing, No vice injury and complications. Conclusion MC is a beautiful, minimal y invasive, low-cost, safe surgical methods, and have a strong practicality in the primary hospital.
