摘要
目的：运用品管圈方法，探讨品管圈活动对病房化疗用药安全质量的影响。方法成立品管圈活动小组，设制了用药临界差错表，对存在的问题进行原因分析，制定相应对策并实施。结果用药临界差错由开展品管圈活动前的15件/周降至开展活动后的4件/周，化疗用药安全质量得到持续改进。结论品管圈活动的开展，保证了病房用药安全，提高了医疗护理质量，提高了患者的满意度。
Abstract
Object. Apply the QCC methods to explore the effect of QCC activities on the ward chemotherapy for medication safety and quality.Methods. By founding QCC team, formulating critical medication error table, taking the reasons of problems into consideration, developing appropriate countermeasures and put them into practice.Results. After the movement, the Critical medication errors were decreased to 4 /week compared with 15/week before. Chemotherapy medication safety and quality got continuous improvement.Conclusion. With the launch of QCC activity, the ward drug safety was ensured, the quality of medical care as wel as the patients’ satisfaction was improved.
