摘要
目的：探讨儿童先天性肌性斜颈患儿的围手术期护理措施及注意事项。方法回顾性分析我院2010年11月-2013年10月收治的308例先天性肌性斜颈患儿的临床资料及疗效，总结护理经验。结果通过对308例患儿术前心理护理、手术前准备、术后观察及护理以及出院后护理指导，所有病例均顺利实施手术，住院期间无并发症发生。所有病例均获得随访，随访时间2月-2.8年，平均1.7年，304例获得痊愈，4例出现复发。结论科学的术前、术后护理，正确的牵引指导及颈托支具固定，是儿童先天性肌性斜颈手术成功的关键。
Abstract
objective To investigatethe the perioperative nursing measures and attentions of congenital musular torticol is in children. Methods Retrospectivly analyzed clinical data and therapeutic effect of 308 cases of congenital musular torticol is patients from November 2010 to October 2013, discussed nursing experience. Results By preoperative psychological nursing, preoperative preparation, postoperative observation and nursing, and nursing guide for discharged patients, al deformities received operation successful y, without complication in hospital. Al patients were fol owed up with a mean time of 1.7 years, ranged from 2 months to 2.8 years. 304 patients were cured, and 4 relapsed. Conclusion One of the key point of successful operation was scientific perioperative nursing, corrective traction and neck brace.
