Development of Post Abortion Care on Contraceptive Knowledge and Satisfaction were Observed to Improve the Effect of Abortion WomenD
Objective: Through carried out post abortion care (PAC)the implementation of artificial abortion operation women in gynecological outpatient service , improving women's contraceptive knowledge and satisfaction. Methods: On 2013 7-8 month outpatient department for abortion women divided into two groups of 1040 cases, Research group in accordance with the requirements of PAC by PAC nurses performed before artificial abortion related knowledge education, focuses on contraceptive knowledge and choose a practical postoperative effective contraceptive method; The control group according to conventional methods of the artificial abortion operation matters needing attention. When leave the hospital they had writed the questionnaire in related knowledge of abortion and contraception,and Satisfaction questionnaire. Results: The study group and the control group scores were 8.02 ± 1.89 and 4.86 ± 2.76 in the questionnaire in related knowledge of abortion and contraception ; 3.68±1.03 and 2.42±1.17 in the Satisfaction questionnaire. The study group compared with control group were significant differences. Conclusion: In gynecological outpatient PAC can improve the abortion contraception knowledge and degree of satisfaction.
