目的：分析Ahmed青光眼阀（Ahmed glaucoma valve, AGV）植入术后并发症的原因及围手术期护理要点。方法：选择一组采用AGV及其联合手术治疗6个月以上的难治性青光眼12例12只眼，分析及总结术后发生高眼压及低眼压的原因及围手术期护理要点。结果：A G V术后常见的为多种原因导致的高眼压及低眼压，采用药物、眼球指压按摩、Nd：YAG激光等恰当的治疗和护理后可将眼压控制正常稳定。结论：AGV植入术后采取积极有效的治疗和护理可明显提高其手术成功率。
Objective: To analyze the Ahmed glaucoma valve (Ahmed glaucoma valve, AGV) implantation causes of postoperative complications and perioperative care elements. Methods:a group with AGV and its co-operative treatment for 6 months or more of the 12 cases of refractory glaucoma in 12 eyes, analyze and sum up the high intraocular pressure and low postoperative intraocular pressure causes and points of perioperative nursing. Results: AGV surgery for a variety of common causes of high IOP and low IOP, using drugs, eye acupressure massage, Nd: YAG lasers, and other appropriate treatment and care can be control ed IOP after the normal and stable. Conclusion: AGV implantation take positive and effective treatment and care can significantly improve their success rate of surgery.
