摘要
目的：了解近期本区域妇女阴道分泌物病原体的检出及分布情况，探讨阴道炎五联检试剂盒在阴道炎诊断中的临床应用价值。方法：对2013年3月-2013年12月在本院妇科门诊进行健康体检及就诊的2000例患者的阴道分泌物妇科五联检结果进行回顾性分析。结果：2000例患者中阴道分泌物清洁度I度、Ⅱ度者共965例，占48.25%，Ⅲ度、Ⅳ度者共1035例，占51.75%；阴道分泌物清洁度Ⅲ-Ⅳ度者H2O2、白细胞酯酶、唾液酸酶、脯氨酸氨基肽酶、乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶的阳性率均明显高于清洁度I-Ⅱ度者，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义；2000例阴道分泌物检出滴虫50例，感染率为2.5%；念珠菌296例，感染率为14.8%，B V140例，感染率为7%。结论：阴道五联检试剂盒具有操作简便、客观、快速、可重复等优点，更直接反映阴道内环境微生态状况，提高了检出率和准确性。
Abstract
Objective: To understand the regional women's vaginal pathogen detection and distribution, to discuss the clinical application value of vaginitis vaginitis diagnosis kit in five levels of. Methods: 2000 cases of 2013 March ~2013 year in December for the health examination and treatment in the outpatient department of vaginal secretions of patients with gynecological five test results were retrospectively analyzed. Results: 2000 patients with vaginal secretion clean degree I ,Ⅱ degree, there were 965 cases, accounting for 48.25%, Ⅲ,Ⅳ degree were 1035 cases, accounting for 51.75%; vaginal secretions Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ degree positive rate of H2O2, leukocyte esterase, sialic acid enzyme, proline aminopeptidase, acetyl amino glucoside enzyme were significantly higher than that of cleanliness I~I , P < 0.05, the difference was statistical y significant; 2000 cases were detected in 50 cases of vaginal Trichomonas, Candida albicans infection rate was 2.5%; in 296 cases, the infection rate was 14.8%, BV140 cases, the infection rate was 7%. Conclusion:The vagina five inspection kit has the advantages of simple operation, rapid, objective, repeatable, reflect the vaginal environment micro ecological status more directly, improve the detection rate and accuracy.
