摘要
目的：对严重多发伤是损伤控制骨科治疗的临床效果进行分析探讨，总结其有效治疗方法。方法：选取我院2013年4月至2014年1月收治的严重多发伤患者51例，对其损伤控制骨科治疗的临床治疗过程进行回顾性分析，探讨其临床疗效。结果：治愈43例，治愈率84.3%，死亡8例，死亡率15.7%。结论：损伤控制骨科治疗对严重多发伤患者的治疗尤为重要，可显著降低患者死亡率，疗效确切，安全可靠，值得临床推广使用。
Abstract
objective: for the treatment of severe multiple trauma is damage control orthopedic clinical effect is analyzed, summed up the effective treatment methods. Selection methods: from April 2013 to January 2014, 51 patients with severe multiple trauma, the clinical treatment process of the damage control orthopedic treatment were analyzed retrospectively, to explore the clinical curative effect. Results: the 43 cases cured, the cure rate 84.3%, 8 cases of death, the mortality rate of 15.7%. Conclusion: damage control orthopedic treatment is particularly important for the treatment of patients with severe multiple trauma, patients can significantly decrease the mortality, curative effect, safe and reliable, worthy of clinical promotion.
