objective: to analysis and research on nursing and clinical effect of gestational diabetes mel itus. Methods: we selected in May 2011-51 patients with gestational diabetes mel itus in July 2013, gives the comprehensive nursing intervention, the nursing intervention after 1 week before blood glucose level and nursing intervention were compared. Results:51 cases patients after nursing intervention of fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 hours blood glucose values were significantly better than before nursing intervention (P < 0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion: comprehensive nursing intervention was applied to treat patients with gestational diabetes mel itus, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, physical and mental health in patients with maintain and control the condition development plays an important role.
