摘要
目的:探讨分析急诊急救患者护理风险因素识别及防范策略。方法:在2011~2013年期间对我院急诊科实施急诊急救患者护理风险管理。抽查200例患者进行满意度调查,并和为实施急诊急救患者护理风险管理前进行对比。风险管理主要包括加强对护理人员综合素质的培养、增强护理记录的管理、努力建立良好的医患关系几项内容。结果:显示实验组患者满意度明显高于对照组,p<0.05,差异显著具有统计学意义。结论:效的风险管理控制是降低急诊科纠纷的有效保证,值得大力推广。积极有
Abstract
objective: to study the analysis of emergency first aid nursing in patients with risk factors identification and prevention strategies. Methods: during 2011 ~ 2013 in our hospital emergency department patients undergoing emergency first-aid nursing risk management. Spot check 200 patients satisfaction survey, and for the implementation of the emergency first-aid nursing risk management in patients with before. Risk management mainly includes strengthening cultivation of nursing staff quality, strengthen management of the nursing records, to establish a good doctor-patient relationship several content. Results: the patient satisfaction showed the experimental group is significantly higher than the control group, p < 0.05, significant difference statistical y significant. Conclusion: the positive and effective risk management control is effective to reduce the emergency dispute that is worth promoting.
