objective to discuss clinical effects in patients with glioma related factors and postoperative survival rate, thus to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment. Methods in our hospital in the 78 patients with glioma were treated by the factors such as age and gender, and tumor location is analyzed, and the relationship between the research with the postoperative survival rate. Results the study found that patients with 1 year survival rate was 65.38% (51/78); Low grade glioma in 39 cases, high grade glioma in 39 cases. Single factor analysis found that age and resection degree and level, preoperative KPS score, radiation time on postoperative survival rate has a certain influence. By multiple factors analysis, age and degree of surgical resection and KPS score influence patient surial. Conclusion clinical glioma patients age and degree of surgical resection and KPS score there is a certain relationship with postoperative survival rate.
